About Me
I am Vi. I grew up in Portoscuso, a small place where everyone knows everyone, moved to London in 2012 and now living in between the two places (because I want it all). I built a whole new life from scratch while studying, working, raising my kids, and figuring things out as I went along.
I like doing things just because they look fun. Sandsurfing in Morocco was one of those ideas. I saw the dunes, grabbed a board, and went for it. I enjoy trying things that make me move, think, or just laugh at myself when it goes wrong.
My everyday life is a mix of study, design work, tech projects, and being a mum. There is always something happening. I jump between tasks all day and somehow always find space for a new idea, even when I shouldn’t.
My kids are a big part of my world. They have strong opinions, endless energy, and a talent for turning any quiet day into chaos. We cook together, skate, explore London, and argue about snacks. They keep me sharp and entertained.
When they are with their dad, I use that time to reset a little. Sometimes I stay home and paint, sometimes I travel. I like the freedom of booking a last minute trip with my partner just because we feel like going somewhere new. And sometimes I go alone, especially when I need a break from screens and routines. I like discovering new places without a plan.
When I get the chance, I surf. It’s one of the few activities that pulls me away from everything else. I don’t chase big waves or perfect conditions. I just like being there and moving.
Skating is something I do with my son. He thinks he is better than me. He might be right. We spend a lot of time at skateparks, taking turns, trying new tricks, and laughing when one of us falls. It’s a fun way to switch off after a long week.
Painting is my quiet space. I use acrylics and usually work late at night when the house is calm. I paint whatever I feel like painting, without rules or themes. Sometimes it’s bold colours, sometimes it’s something simple that I end up liking more than I expect. I enjoy the process, and I like seeing how pieces change as I work on them.
Music is a big part of my life too. I play guitar. I am self taught, so my style is very “let’s see what happens if I try this”. It’s not perfect, but I enjoy it, and that is enough for me.
This page is my space. Nothing formal. Just my life, the things I enjoy, the people around me, the trips I take, and the things that make my days feel full. If you ended up here, this is the closest version to the real me outside modules and projects.
